
Shipping policy
For customers outside of EU: Please make sure that at the order creation, you enter your full legal name and registered shipping address, as incomplete addresses tend to get returned or lost. Please note that customs charges, taxes, import duties or fees are the responsibility of the customer. None of those are included in the product or shipping price.
Shipping to the USA is currently unavailable due to my carriers' unclear information about Tariff de minimis.
✉️ Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I ship everything from my home studio in Czech republic, so I am able to ship to all countries of the European union, Canada and Australia, and in limited weight to the UK. Please see the Shipping exceptions page for detailed and updated overview.
✉️ When will my order arrive?
I hand make most of my items and handle packing and shipping all by myself, so I take 1 to 7 working days to dispatch your order. Once it has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email (it can sometimes fall into spam folder, so please check it).
Shipping varies by location and can be delayed at customs or due to holidays. Estimated delivery times:
📍 Czech republic: 1-5 working days
📍 EU: 1-2 weeks
📍 Rest of the world: 1-4 weeks
✉️ How do I track my package?
You can track your package only if you picked a tracked shipping option - untracked variation is marked as "untracked" in the name, all others come with tracking.
Once I ship your order, I will send you a confirmation email that contains your tracking number. You can click the link to track it, and if that does not work, copy the tracking number and paste it into your picked carrier's website tracking.
If none of that works, please contact me.
💵 Do I have to pay customs and VAT?
I am based inside the European Union, meaning any order outside of it may be subject to custom fees, taxed or duties. The amount you might have to pay depends entirely on your country's tax laws and the value of your order. For more information, please contact your local customs office so that you aren't surprised when the package arrives. Customs regulations, taxes or duties costs are your responsibility as a buyer.
I do not collect VAT in any country.
💵 How much is shipping and how is it calculated?
Shipping cost includes shipping service and packaging material cost, and is calculated at checkout depending on weight, carrier and country. You will see the final cost of your order including shipping before you are asked to pay for your order.
Unfortunately, international shipping can sometimes be expensive, and I am sorry if the cost of it is a deal-breaker for you. I always update my prices according to my carrier's latest price list, which goes up every year. What is positive about tracked type of shipping is that it is very fast (usually within one week inside the EU).
I do offer budget untracked shipping option for some countries, but please note that this type of shipping service is the slowest and least reliable one, and packages may get lost more easily with no way to track them to their last location.

🛒 I just placed an order but don't see any confirmation...
Please make sure you have completed the payment process via the payment screen. Once you had, please check the inbox of the e-mail address that you have provided during the order process. Three emails are automatically sent out at the successful order completion - order confirmation, successful payment confirmation and invoice. These emails can sometimes fall into your spam folder - please check there.
In case you placed an order and can't find the e-mails, please contact me.
🛒 I just placed an order with an incorrect address!
Please email me ASAP (tyiart.business@gmail.com) with the correct address, so that we ensure your order does not get shipped to the incorrect one.
If your order had already been dispatched at the time of your email, unfortunately I cannot recall or redirect it anymore. If this order gets returned to me, I can either offer a partial refund (order amount without the shipping cost), or post it again for a new shipping fee that needs to be paid by you as the buyer.
📦 My order hasn't arrived.
I am sorry to hear you haven't received your order yet! If you paid for untracked shipping, this is the slowest shipping service that may take over a month to arrive. If you've picked tracked shipping, it is possible the delivery have been simply delayed by the carrier either due to holidays, large volumes of packages or it's stuck at customs - see the "Order has been dispatched" email for tracking number, and enter it into your carrier's website to find out more.
Please allow the following amount of time once your order has shipped for it to arrive:

📍 EU: 25 working days
📍 Rest of the world: 40 working days
If the above time has passed since your order was dispatched, please contact me. Please be sure to contact me within 90 days since dispatch, as I can no longer help beyond that.
📦 My order arrived and something is incorrect/missing.
📦 My order seems to have been damaged during transit.
