General Product Safety Regulation
Below please find the technical and safety information per product category. I try to be as transparent as possible about all my products, and I package them in a way that displays safety information on the packaging itself.
This document is updated every time a new type of product becomes available for purchase, or when laws get adjusted. I do my best to adhere to the GPSR laws to the best of my knowledge and ability as a small business owner. Thank you for your understanding.
🌿 ACRYLIC KEYCHAINS
All designs available at "www.tyiart.eu" are original designs created by the artist and owner. Made in China. Not suited for children under 3 years old.
Used materials: Acrylic plate, non-toxic ink, metal clasp (keyring)
Risks & safety: Choking hazard due to small parts. Do not clasp onto body parts.
Proper use: For decorative use only. Remove item from packaging carefully. Hang item on bag, keys, or in/on another designated spot.
Risk management: Keep away from children under 3 years old and pets. Supervision is advised for children under 10 years old. Item is not a toy. Handle with care. Please recycle (if possible) or dispose of properly when no longer in use.

Risks & safety: Small risk of paper cuts. Choking hazard. Flammable object.
Proper use: For decorative use only. Remove item from packaging carefully. Remove the backing paper and stick onto clean and dry surface. Even though splash-proof, sticker is not suitable for outdoor use nor dishwasher safe.
Risk management: Keep away from children under 3 years old and pets. Keep away from fire and other heat sources. Handle with care. If used on water bottles, do not run anything but clear water stream only over the sticker (do not scrub with sponges). Please recycle (if possible) or dispose of properly when no longer in use.
Technical and safety information for packaging materials
To ensure items do not get damaged during international delivery, plastic packaging such as cellophane bags will be used. Where possible, paper packaging is used to reduce the environmental impact of my business.
Every order comes with a thank you note or card made of paper, and freebies may be included when available. These can be small stickers or mini-prints, falling into the "paperware" category.
📦 CARDBOARD
Risks & safety: Small risk of paper cuts. Flammable object.
Proper use: Reuse packaging if possible.
Risk management: Keep away from children under 3 years old and pets. Do not use item for any other purpose than packaging. Please recycle (if possible) or dispose of properly when no longer in use.
This includes, but is not limited to: cardboard backings for prints, cardboard shipping boxes and envelopes.
📃 PAPERWARE
Risks & safety: Small risk of paper cuts. Flammable object.
Proper use: Reuse packaging if possible.
Risk management: Keep away from children under 3 years old and pets. Do not use item for any other purpose than packaging. Please recycle (if possible) or dispose of properly when no longer in use.
This includes, but is not limited to: paper bags, tissue (silk) paper, envelopes, paper wraps, product tags, business cards, thank you cards, postage stickers, box fillings.
🧴 PLASTIC
Risks & safety: Choking hazard. Flammable object.
Proper use: Reuse packaging if possible.
Risk management: Keep away from children under 3 years old and pets. Do not use item for any other purpose than packaging. Please recycle (if possible) or dispose of properly when no longer in use.
This includes, but is not limited to: packing tape, cellophane bags, bubble wrap.
