Please make sure to read item listings carefully to avoid disappointment with your order. As much as I try my product photos to be as close to reality as possible, various screen settings may display colors differently. Most of my products are produced by myself ("handmade"), meaning there can be small differences in shapes of cuts and sizes.
For customers outside of EU: please make sure that at the order creation, you enter your full legal name and registered shipping address, as incomplete addresses tend to get returned or in worse case, lost. Please note that customs charges, taxes, import duties or fees are a responsibility of the customer. Those are not included in the product or shipping price.

If the tracking link in your inbox does not work, try copying the tracking number and pasting it into your carrier's website (you can see the name of the carrier you've picked in the order confirmation email). Here is a handy list of the most commonly used carriers:

↪️ Returns & Cancellations
- How do I return my order?
If you would like to return your entire or partial order, please contact me within 14 days
of receiving your items. Then, you must dispatch your return within 14
days of contact. Item(s) must be received in the same condition they
were dispatched, so please make sure to package them safely (preferably
in the same packaging they arrived in) - in case they get damaged on the
way back to me, you will only be entitled to a partial refund. You (the
customer) are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
- Can I exchange items?
No, I do not accept exchanges. If you think I made a mistake and included a different item in your order, please get in contact.
- Can I cancel my order?
If your order had not been
dispatched yet, I can cancel and refund it for you. Once your order has
dispatched, it is already on its way to you, therefore cancellation if
not possible anymore. If you would like to return your order, please see
my return policy above.
